Refund and Return Policy for MoreGoodGum™

Effective Date: July 15, 2025

We’re proud of the care and quality behind every pack of MoreGood Gum™. As our gum is a consumable product,
we do not accept returns; however, we are committed to addressing any concerns
regarding freshness or product issues.

Our Freshness Guarantee

If your gum arrives damaged, defective, or compromised in any way, please
contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll evaluate the situation and,
if eligible, send a replacement or offer store credit.

To request a replacement, email us at support@moregoodgum.com
with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and
    packaging.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the consumable nature of chewing gum, we are unable to offer
refunds or accept returns once an order is placed. This includes:

  • Opened or used products
  • Orders placed in error
  • Taste or texture preferences

This policy helps us protect the integrity of our product and ensures
safety for every customer.

We are not responsible for orders lost or stolen after delivery has been
confirmed by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but missing,
please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building management first.
