We currently ship MoreGood Gum™ exclusively within the United States. The
details below explain how we process, fulfill, and deliver your orders.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Free shipping is included on qualifying
    4-packs and all subscription orders.
  • Standard shipping is available
    for other orders, with rates calculated at checkout.
  • All orders are shipped via
    trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.

Fulfillment Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped
    within 1–3 business days of purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S.
    holidays will ship the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with a tracking link.
Customers with an account can also track orders directly through the My
Account
section on our website.



U.S. Shipping Only

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address.
International orders placed through the site will be canceled and refunded.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather
events, or incorrect addresses.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven't received the package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building
    management
  2. Contact the carrier directly
  3. Then email us at support@moregoodgum.com
