We currently ship MoreGood Gum™ exclusively within the United States. The details below explain how we process, fulfill, and deliver your orders.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Free shipping is included on qualifying 4-packs and all subscription orders.

  • Standard shipping is available for other orders, with rates calculated at checkout.

  • All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.


🕒 Fulfillment Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will ship the next business day.


📦 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with a tracking link.
Customers with an account can also track orders directly through the My Account section of the site.


🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping Only

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with non-U.S. addresses will be canceled and refunded.


❗Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors or building staff

  2. Contact the carrier directly

  3. Then reach out to us at support@moregoodgum.com and we’ll do our best to help
